What you will do

• Develop comprehensive communication and engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders impacted by SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral, managing approval processes to meet project timelines.
• Craft clear and consistent messaging tailored by region, location, and persona to foster transparency.
• Manage internal and external communication tools and channels for effective delivery of change-related messages.
• Maintain and standardize communication toolkits, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership.
• Ability to manage communications for complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
