TL;DR

Implementation Specialist II (EDI): Leading mid-size EDI integration projects for B2B Gateway services with an accent on client onboarding and ERP system interaction. Focus on managing concurrent project lifecycles, configuring technical solutions for trading partners, and ensuring seamless go-lives.

Location: Remote (US). Must be US-based, East Coast hours preferred.

What you will do

  • Lead software implementation for mid-size EDI integration projects within the B2B Gateway platform.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20–30 concurrent projects from intake through go-live with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate activities across customers, trading partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Configure and validate technical solutions to meet business requirements for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers.
  • Facilitate EDI and integration testing, troubleshooting mapping changes through internal systems.
  • Mentor Level I specialists and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in EDI implementation, technical support, or client onboarding.
  • Advanced understanding of EDI concepts and trading partner requirements.
  • Experience with ERP business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of active projects with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to lead customer meetings.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global, SPS Commerce, Orderful, or similar highly customizable integration platforms.
