TL;DR

Alliance Communities and Virtual Events Manager (Event Management): Leading and coordinating on-line Alliance communities and virtual events with an accent on logistics management, participant engagement, and portfolio evaluation. Focus on improving the overall member experience by hosting high-quality virtual roundtables and summits in professional live environments.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate and track virtual events, managing logistics and collaborating with subject matter hosts to ensure quality.
  • Host and facilitate virtual events to encourage discussion, engagement, and information sharing.
  • Lead portfolio evaluation and continuous improvement efforts, including managing the annual roundtable survey.
  • Manage Community operations and provide responsive customer support to Alliance firms and participants.
  • Support program administration by tracking expenses and attendee fees in partnership with Operations and Digital Assets teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Learning and Development teams and support the Director of Client Experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in client service, community, or event management.
  • Proven experience with facilitation and group engagement leadership.
  • Direct experience working in virtual live environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with MS Teams, Webex, or other virtual hosting environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Remote Work scenario.

  • Experience working in a professional services or public accounting firm.
