What you will do

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring scope, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Act as the primary client interface, managing long-term relationships and expectations.
• Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors on construction sites, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct field verifications, facilitate design reviews, and manage the punch-list of remaining tasks.
• Coordinate system programming and final checkout before turning projects over to the client.

Requirements

• Must live in the New England area.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction trades or audiovisual (AV) environments.
• Familiarity with audio/video systems installations and low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people management skills.
• Associates or Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent local travel.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
