What you will do

• Facilitate live remote instructor-led training and webinars for customers, partners, and internal teams to improve product mastery.
• Design learning curricula, tools, and instructional resources using adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Create, revise, and edit high-quality training materials across various formats to optimize the customer journey.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in the Vena product and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
• Manage and update accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with Training Operations to support learner management and respond to internal and customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in training or consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong presentation skills for both live and virtual audiences, with the ability to adapt style to different personas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based meeting tools.
• Ability to apply adult learning theories to classroom and remote situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technology clearly and concisely.
