Salary: $93,937–$126,815 Annually.

What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts to design and develop learner-centric solutions across various delivery methods.
• Manage learning projects from initial needs analysis through post-launch evaluation.
• Create engaging learning experiences from scratch or by adapting existing materials.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions as required.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure business impact.
• Provide internal consulting services to multiple business units regarding L&D needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or equivalent role.
• 5+ years of experience managing L&D programs and multiple projects end-to-end.
• Mastery of Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must provide a viewable portfolio link with work samples.
