Business Execution Consultant (Instructional Design): Developing agent and supervisor training materials for new CCaaS platform rollouts with an accent on creating simulations, guided walkthroughs, and job aids. Focus on simplifying complex system functionality into actionable learning content and partnering with SMEs to support large-scale technology adoption.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)

What you will do

• Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows for CCaaS platforms.
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, and comprehensive training materials.
• Translate complex platform functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content.
• Partner with SMEs to validate, refine, and update training documentation.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support curriculum planning activities.
• Manage deliverables independently and resolve issues proactively during rapid platform rollouts.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (No C2C).
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week.
• Proven experience developing training for contact center environments.
• Strong instructional design and job aid development skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Epiplex or similar simulation software.
• CCaaS or CIW platform experience.
• Experience with multimodal training development.
• Financial services industry background.
