What you will do

• Establish and execute a demand generation program from scratch, focusing on high-fit account engagement rather than volume.
• Build early-stage relationships with senior marketing leaders through consultative discussions on SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI.
• Turn thought leadership, webinars, and industry events into actionable demand and pipeline.
• Own and optimize the operational infrastructure in HubSpot, maintaining high data quality standards.
• Test field messaging and synthesize market intelligence to inform company positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound business development.
• Direct experience within digital marketing services or an agency environment.
• Fluency in SEO, paid media, and analytics to hold credible executive-level conversations.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for list building, data hygiene, and pipeline tracking.
• Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
