What you will do
- Identify ideal customers and actively pursue meetings with key decision-makers using the proven ' way of Selling' playbook.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness in the professional services space through industry events, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Map and specify organizational challenges and training needs in collaboration with prospective customers.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to provide operational support and explore upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to develop best practices and scale the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in London.
- BSc degree or higher.
- At least 5+ years of work experience.
- Proven track record of establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large organizations.
- Experience in business development and sales, ideally targeting Enterprise clients.
- Ability to build strong, trusting partnerships at both professional and personal levels.
Nice to have
- Client-facing sales background specifically within Financial Services and/or Professional Services.
