What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global SDR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across multiple markets and customer segments.
  • Own performance management, including target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and incentive structures.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to maximize pipeline conversion.
  • Analyze performance metrics and sales data to optimize workflows and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Establish reporting frameworks to provide leadership with visibility into team productivity and strategic progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development within fast-paced B2B or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling global SDR teams with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable pipeline generation processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing international teams.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, forecasting, and efficiency optimization.
  • Must be based in London for on-site work.
