What you will do

• Lead project teams and manage all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations.
• Facilitate project meetings to promote collaboration and ensure timely decision-making.
• Manage enhancements, assessing potential operational impact and coordinating cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Serve as a liaison with leadership, providing status updates and escalating risks or blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and re-prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous operations experience.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ or lending domains.
