Salary: $55 - $65/hr on W2

What you will do

• Lead project teams and manage all activities within the project lifecycle for Lending Operations projects.
• Facilitate project meetings, track timelines, and manage issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage system enhancements and determine their potential impact on business operations.
• Coordinate procedure updates, product demos, training, and communications for each operational enhancement.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to find and implement solutions.
• Act as a liaison with leadership to provide project updates and align on goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or product delivery.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage project issues.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Employment status: This position is strictly on W2.
