What you will do

• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including project charters, RACI matrices, and escalation protocols.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate workflows across business, creative, legal, compliance, and operational teams.
• Lead day-to-day program management activities, including meeting facilitation and detailed documentation.
• Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Eligible to work on W2 without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex enterprise environments.
• Prior experience supporting marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams.
• Background in financial services or wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
