What you will do

• Consult on strategy to resolve highly complex and unique challenges across multiple business areas.
• Lead end-to-end change management activities across Merchant Services organizations.
• Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption.
• Deliver innovative business execution solutions and concise executive summaries to senior leadership.
• Facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints and resolve professional conflicts.
• Coach and lead others in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Proven senior-level change management experience, ideally within financial services or merchant banking.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC.
• Strong executive presence and professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels, from peers to executives.
