What you will do

• Partner with hiring leaders to architect and execute strategic recruiting initiatives across engineering and product functions.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Cultivate high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking and market engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence and data-driven prioritization.
• Design efficient, inclusive, and high-touch interview processes that reflect the employer brand.
• Leverage recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in gaming, technology, or mobile industries.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and tech talent landscape and competitive hiring dynamics.
• Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent intelligence platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for candidate experience.
