What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Media & Entertainment clients, from planning and presale to launch, execution, and billing.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for advertisers and ad agencies.
- Proactively manage client renewals and partner with ad operations for campaign activation and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and present data-driven insights and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative services to ensure ad assets align with best practices and guidelines.
- Manage the billing process for clients, from invoice generation to payout.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within ad tech, media, or an agency.
- Proven experience with display and video advertising, programmatic workflows, and trading within DSP platforms.
- Proficiency in report creation using Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Must be located in London, UK.
- Strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
