What you will do

  • Partner with global Sales leadership to define and operationalize GTM priorities and commercial strategy.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory planning, quota modeling, and capacity planning.
  • Develop forecasting frameworks, reporting structures, and business insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze pipeline health, sales performance, and conversion trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Build scalable operational processes and frameworks to ensure consistency across global regions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with global sales organizations and supporting cross-regional GTM teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
