What you will do
- Partner with global Sales leadership to define and operationalize GTM priorities and commercial strategy.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory planning, quota modeling, and capacity planning.
- Develop forecasting frameworks, reporting structures, and business insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze pipeline health, sales performance, and conversion trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Build scalable operational processes and frameworks to ensure consistency across global regions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with global sales organizations and supporting cross-regional GTM teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau.
- Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
