What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of large global enterprise clients.
- Lead the delivery of best-in-market digital strategies to achieve measurable business impact.
- Manage and develop a team of Account Handlers.
- Drive agency growth via cross-selling, up-selling, and strategic opportunity spotting.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Performance) across different time zones.
- Take full financial ownership of accounts to ensure commercial health and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Exceptional client management and senior stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Experience in line management and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social, and Digital PR.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
