What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of large global enterprise clients.
  • Lead the delivery of best-in-market digital strategies to achieve measurable business impact.
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Handlers.
  • Drive agency growth via cross-selling, up-selling, and strategic opportunity spotting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Performance) across different time zones.
  • Take full financial ownership of accounts to ensure commercial health and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Exceptional client management and senior stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in line management and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social, and Digital PR.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
