What you will do

• Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
• Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
• Design automations to surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity.
• Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the tech stack as the company scales.
• Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems via reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, and forecasting.
• Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
