What you will do

• Coordinate strategic IT projects, managing resources, equipment, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Lead the IT fiscal year budget process, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, and amortization.
• Analyze monthly IT spend against forecasts to identify risks, overages, or under-spend.
• Manage IT contract administration and invoice processing to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and meeting agendas.
• Collaborate with the Finance department and budget owners to provide guidance on expense management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in project coordination or budget management.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to develop business insights and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in a non-profit organization.
• 6 Sigma or Lean certifications or a willingness to attain them.
