Salary: $68,100 - $80,000 USD

What you will do
- Coordinate strategic IT projects, managing resources, equipment, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Lead the IT fiscal year budget process, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, and amortization.
- Analyze monthly IT spend against forecasts to identify risks, overages, or under-spend.
- Manage IT contract administration and invoice processing to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and meeting agendas.
- Collaborate with the Finance department and budget owners to provide guidance on expense management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in project coordination or budget management.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to develop business insights and recommendations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in a non-profit organization.
- 6 Sigma or Lean certifications or a willingness to attain them.
