What you will do

• Facilitate all on-site coordination for live events within the DMV area.
• Confirm venues, AV, catering, and party rentals under tight deadlines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and venue staff.
• Manage event registration, signage, and material logistics from setup to removal.
• Coordinate with event sponsors to ensure their requirements are met and they feel supported.
• Provide marketing and sales support, including gathering event videos, photos, and sponsor presentations.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of Live Event Coordination or Management experience.
• Must be based in Washington, D.C. for hybrid office attendance (3-4 days/week).
• Must be willing and excited to travel monthly to the Carolinas or Nashville.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and a disciplined work ethic.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment working alongside a sales team.
