Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonuses.

What you will do

• Identify and recruit C-level speakers for industry events through persistent outreach.
• Research and develop out-of-the-box content ideas to adapt to industry trends.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial concept to day-of execution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive sponsorship goals and ensure event success.
• Maintain speaker relations and provide excellent service to all event stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project status transparency and goal alignment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience or deep knowledge in the data center industry.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to travel once a month.
