What you will do
- Solicit and book high-volume programs (300+ room nights on peak) to maximize revenue for rooms, F&B, and meeting spaces.
- Lead and close large account sales opportunities to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Perform sales calls, attend tradeshows, and conduct site inspections for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are accurately captured.
- Collaborate with property operations to align sales goals with day-to-day delivery and brand identity.
- Support and drive performance for the regional sales team to meet and exceed booking objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling hospitality services to a diverse customer base.
- Possession of an established customer base within the industry.
- Experience managing an in-market sales force working remotely.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- BA/BS degree.
- 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales experience.
