What you will do

  • Solicit and book high-volume programs (300+ room nights on peak) to maximize revenue for rooms, F&B, and meeting spaces.
  • Lead and close large account sales opportunities to increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Perform sales calls, attend tradeshows, and conduct site inspections for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are accurately captured.
  • Collaborate with property operations to align sales goals with day-to-day delivery and brand identity.
  • Support and drive performance for the regional sales team to meet and exceed booking objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling hospitality services to a diverse customer base.
  • Possession of an established customer base within the industry.
  • Experience managing an in-market sales force working remotely.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales experience.
