What you will do

• Maintain high program quality through clear communication, classroom visits, and evaluation tools.
• Develop and execute strategies for volunteer and partner recruitment and retention.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, delivery models, and administrative operations.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for volunteers.
• Maintain and update program databases to ensure data integrity.
• Collect insights, stories, and data to support grant reporting and organizational meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Quincy, IL / Hannibal area.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, or volunteer coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in non-profit program management.
