What you will do

• Develop comprehensive educational materials, including class content, training webinars, skill builders, and technical training for Premium Auditors.
• Create supplemental resources such as technical bulletins, cheat sheets, and feature enhancement training.
• Conduct live webinar classes via Microsoft Teams and facilitate scheduled Q&A sessions for trainees.
• Review audits for new and existing representatives to ensure training objectives and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Managers and Regional Directors to assign work and plan schedules for physical auditors.
• Monitor auditor production, quality, and time service of inventory to ensure goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience completing physical audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and maintain high grammatical accuracy.
