What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Airports Training, Airports Standards, and the Curriculum Development team.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure courseware, CBTs, instructor guides, and assessments reflect the current SOM.
• Track and integrate SOM revisions and procedural updates into all training materials.
• Support FAA submissions by ensuring training content tied to manual changes is accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain version control and consistency across all airport training documentation.
• Deliver instruction on updated content to validate accuracy and practical application within class footprints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Airports training, standards, or operational roles within a Part 121 environment.
• Experience working with FAA-approved training programs, including revision submissions and validation.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles.
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current hirify.global Airports Team Members Certification.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
