What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of District Partnership and Professional Learning Specialists.
• Oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas to drive usage and student growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and expand customer relationships within the region.
• Directly manage a portfolio of district accounts to support implementation and deliver professional development.
• Travel to support districts and provide feedback to team members (up to 60% travel during peak seasons).
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and develop strategic next steps.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Must be based in Texas.
• Must live close to a major airport to facilitate frequent travel.
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• Prior K-12 teaching experience.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for interacting with teachers and administrators.
