Salary: $77,500 – $176,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage enterprise software licenses, track renewal cycles, and ensure vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements.
- Develop reports and compliance assessments to provide actionable intelligence for clients.
- Interpret complex contract terms and implement cost optimization strategies for software and hardware procurement.
- Provide time-critical recommendations on SaaS procurement and DoD licensing agreements.
- Support the client's understanding of DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law or Business Management, or 4+ years of experience in contract administration.
- Experience managing enterprise software licenses and tracking renewal cycles.
- Deep knowledge of DFARS and FAR processes for software and technology licensing.
- Understanding of DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset for interpreting contracts.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS procurement and enterprise contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM) practices.
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or ITAM Certification.
- Ability to lead process improvements and mentor other team members.
