Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the North America workplace strategy and operating model to align office experience with business priorities.
• Translate team needs into concrete workplace plans, including capacity and service levels across all locations.
• Establish and track key performance metrics for employee experience, utilization, and budget adherence.
• Manage vendor relationships across facilities, hospitality, and office services to ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop a distributed Workplace team across North America through coaching and priority setting.
• Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, and Finance teams to deliver holistic workplace solutions.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality, or office operations.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience owning multi-site or regional operations in dynamic hybrid or remote-first environments.
• Expertise in managing vendors and workplace budgets with a focus on quality.
• Must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate to San Francisco
