What you will do

  • Curate regular product digests by translating technical release notes into actionable insights and pro-tips.
  • Maintain a centralized internal Knowledge Base (FAQs, guidelines) and act as a liaison between the department and Product/Engineering.
  • Support the Onboarding Manager in guiding new hires and refining the onboarding experience.
  • Handle daily internal requests regarding tools and workflows while driving process improvements.
  • Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and Q&A syncs to ensure consistent tool usage.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience managing internal Knowledge Bases, Wikis, or Help Centers (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Zendesk Guide).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical processes, API logic, or compliance rules into clear manuals for non-technical users.
  • Experience organizing training sessions, workshops, and supporting new hire onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively coordinate across global teams.
