What you will do

• Generate high-quality video, static, and copy assets using AI tools like Claude, Runway, MidJourney, and ChatGPT.
• Develop structured prompts, reusable templates, and modular input systems for scalable production.
• Create and iterate on performance-driven assets for paid channels including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Partner with Growth and UA teams to test creative hypotheses and optimize CTR, CVR, and CAC.
• Build and maintain documentation for prompt logic, workflows, and AI-driven content frameworks.
• Research and integrate emerging AI tools to evolve the creative production pipeline.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in creative production (performance marketing, agency, or brand).
• Experience or willingness to experiment with generative AI tools such as Firefly, Runway ML, MidJourney, and ChatGPT.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, US.
• Technical mindset comfortable with prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, and logic trees.
• Basic understanding of visual production (lighting, composition, camera types) to craft detailed prompts.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency in high-output, fast-paced environments.
