TL;DR

Vice President, Americas Sales (AI): Leading regional strategy and revenue growth across the US, Canada, and Latin America for an AI-native hyperscaler with an accent on hyperscale customer acquisition and Sovereign AI. Focus on building world-class sales and solutions architecture teams and executing GTM strategy for enterprise and public sector customers.

Location: Based in the Americas. Hybrid prioritized with offices in Livingston, NY, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, and Bellevue; remote considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.

Salary: $310,000 – $345,000 base

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Americas regional strategy, owning revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth through hyperscale customer acquisition across AI-native, enterprise, and government sectors.
  • Recruit and lead high-performing teams of field sales leaders, strategic account executives, and solutions architects.
  • Establish partnerships with frontier AI labs and government entities to position hirify.global as a national-scale infrastructure partner.
  • Develop Sovereign AI and public sector strategies, navigating regulatory and data residency requirements in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
  • Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and operational rigor in collaboration with Global Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales and business leadership, specifically within cloud and AI.
  • 10+ years of experience managing Americas or multi-region P&L.
  • Proven track record of achieving >$100M (ideally >$1B) ARR in technology leadership roles.
  • Experience leading engagements with Boards, C-Suites, and high-level government officials.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, etc.) due to export control regulations.
  • Based in the Americas with willingness to travel extensively.

Nice to have

  • Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with hyperscalers or large-scale cloud providers in North America.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills and experience in Latin American markets.
