What you will do

• Own end-to-end, full-funnel paid social strategy and media execution for a diverse book of business.
• Translate measurement and creative insights into compelling go-to-market narratives and client growth plans.
• Design and operationalize measurement frameworks using MMM, MTA, server-side solutions, and brand lift tests.
• Lead complex experimentation roadmaps to expand measurement signals and improve funnel efficiency.
• Champion AI-assisted workflows for campaign construction, audience generation, and reporting.
• Maintain platform partner relationships (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to activate alpha and beta opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid media experience (social, search, or media buying) in an agency or client environment.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Technical fluency with measurement methodologies including incrementality, MMM, and CAPI/SDK.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading executive-ready QBR narratives.
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

• Experience using Smartly.
• Track record of designing AI-assisted workflows or automation to improve efficiency.
• Advanced analytical skills, including SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools.
