What you will do
- Analyze performance data to guide budget allocation and optimize media investment across the funnel.
- Develop and execute integrated full-funnel media strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Partner with activation, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned strategy and seamless execution.
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis using tools like Pathmatics, GWI, and Resonate.
- Lead testing and learning initiatives across channels to support continuous innovation.
- Deliver strategic insights and performance recommendations through client-facing presentations and reports.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in paid media advertising or digital strategy within an agency or marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital media strategy and performance measurement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Experience managing large, complex accounts with seasonal planning cycles.
- Background working with omni-channel retail brands with online and offline conversion goals.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Experience contributing to campaign testing frameworks.
