What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from kickoff to wrap for complex and high-visibility accounts.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration across partnerships, creative, editorial, events, and ad ops to meet QA standards and timelines.
- Mentor and develop a team of Client Success managers, building playbooks, templates, and growth plans.
- Drive revenue retention and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and strengthening long-term account health.
- Lead initiatives to improve internal processes, reporting frameworks, and product workflows.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years in account management within the digital media or news industry.
- 2+ years experience managing an account management or revenue team.
- Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal compliance).
- Mandatory experience in media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Ability to operate with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
