TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and available during U.S. business hours)
Salary: $110,000 – $165,000 USD

What you will do
- Cultivate high-trust relationships with C-Suite executives, including Presidents and Provosts, serving as a strategic advisor.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Services portfolio and institutional change management plans.
- Drive retention and revenue growth by negotiating renewal contracts and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Create and manage customer Success Plans aligned with each institution's strategic goals and priorities.
- Mentor the broader Customer Development team and intervene to support at-risk accounts.
- Manage and track KPIs and contract data within Salesforce (SFDC).
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher.
- 12+ years of professional experience at US higher education institutions or in EdTech.
- Leadership experience in Student Success, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research, or Data Analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver formal executive business reviews to senior-level executives (AVP/VP/C-suite).
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing strategic services for institutional customers.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Claude, and Google Suite.
- Background in change management, training design, or organizational development within higher education.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards (MSCHE, HLC, SACSCOC), Title IV reporting, or state performance-based funding models.
