What you will do

• Lead and coach a pod of Customer AI Strategists, Consultants, and Analysts aligned to specific industry verticals.
• Partner with the Head of Professional Services to build scalable delivery frameworks, operating rhythms, and team processes.
• Own portfolio-level strategy and renewals, proactively identifying risks and building cases for account expansion.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior-level client stakeholders (VP, SVP+) to drive alignment and accountability.
• Develop vertical-specific narratives that inform both client strategy and internal product development.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and overall team design as the Professional Services organization scales.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in client services, management consulting, or enterprise customer success.
• Proven track record of owning portfolio-level outcomes, including renewals and expansions for multi-brand accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to frame ambiguous problems and make tradeoff decisions.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills for interacting with C-level and SVP stakeholders.
• Analytically grounded approach to developing insight-driven narratives and client recommendations.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
