What you will do

  • Act as the primary day-to-day lead and point of contact for executives of a globally recognized major US sports client.
  • Coordinate between product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure committed deliverables are shipped correctly.
  • Own account planning, including roadmaps, renewals, and commercial expansion opportunities.
  • Translate complex client requests into clear priorities and actionable next steps.
  • Manage incident responses and escalations calmly to drive resolution and align stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize meeting summaries, reporting, and account documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Genuine interest in basketball and an understanding of the NBA season cycle.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Capability to drive progress across teams without formal authority.
