What you will do
- Act as the primary day-to-day lead and point of contact for executives of a globally recognized major US sports client.
- Coordinate between product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure committed deliverables are shipped correctly.
- Own account planning, including roadmaps, renewals, and commercial expansion opportunities.
- Translate complex client requests into clear priorities and actionable next steps.
- Manage incident responses and escalations calmly to drive resolution and align stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize meeting summaries, reporting, and account documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet.
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships.
- Genuine interest in basketball and an understanding of the NBA season cycle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Capability to drive progress across teams without formal authority.
