What you will do

• Supervise a team of Health, Safety, and Environmental Representatives.
• Ensure HSE policies and programs comply with company, OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage environmental programs, including chemical logs and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Lead and coordinate environmental systems activities to meet ISO guidelines.
• Facilitate investigations for HSE incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage safety and health training programs and conduct ergonomic assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, Environmental Health/Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of previous or related experience preferred.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Nice to have

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
