What you will do

• Supervise technicians and service personnel, including planning schedules and assigning daily tasks.
• Coach team members on operational processes, service standards, and safety compliance.
• Manage parts inventory, outside purchases, and ensure compliance with company procurement programs.
• Work directly with customers to handle sales, service inquiries, and adjustments.
• Evaluate the performance and productivity of all service department personnel.
• Ensure shop safety, equipment maintenance, and adherence to OSHA and MSDS regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Manager role.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS compliance.
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing, stooping, and lifting 50-100 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to mentor team members.
