Safety Specialist (EHS)

Safety Specialist (EHS): Supporting Sales and Client Success teams by leveraging OSHA and EHS expertise to help automotive dealers rectify safety violations with an accent on onsite inspections and software onboarding. Focus on conducting facility safety walkthroughs, producing inspection deliverables, and translating field observations into product workflows.

Location: Must reside within the Continental United States (excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska). Preference for candidates based in FL, GA, MD, NC, and SC.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the post-sale customer relationship, serving as the primary contact from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead remote software onboarding, including kickoff, configuration guidance, and user training.
• Conduct onsite chemical and equipment inspections and facility safety walkthroughs to identify hazards.
• Produce detailed inspection deliverables (notes, photos, action plans) and track remediation progress.
• Translate field observations into product workflows to ensure customer accounts reflect site conditions.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to share customer trends and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 4 years of OSHA/EHS work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily via air travel.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• ASP/GSP/CSP or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
