What you will do

• Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Independent Contractor (IC) Auditors.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions for audits.
• Perform quality checks on safety auditors and review assessments of Supplier QHSE management systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement corrective actions and ensure product reliability.
• Ensure company compliance with ISO 9001 and Certification standards.
• Lead calibration sessions and identify top error categories to support continual education for QHSE professionals.

Requirements

• Essential: Robust safety experience (required for auditing safety auditors).
• 5+ years of robust experience in safety supply chain management.
• Profound knowledge of OSHA regulations and familiarity with EPA, MSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, or ISO.
• Possession of an advanced Safety designation such as CSP, ASP, or NEBOSH.
• Bachelor’s degree in a QHSE-related discipline (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Access, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and web conferencing software.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) designation.
• Prior experience in an hirify.global HSE Professional role.
• Professional background in Industry & Field HSE.
