What you will do

  • Define and own the multi-year product strategy and vision for the quoting and distribution platform, spanning the quote and bind flow and API layers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quote-to-bind conversion and accelerate growth by modernizing infrastructure and embedding AI capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and post-launch performance.
  • Act as the primary bridge between distribution, sales, insurance business teams, and the Engineering organization.
  • Drive the evolution of the API and integrations layer, managing vendor data and third-party partner connections.
  • Champion AI-native thinking to increase automation, accuracy, and intelligence across quoting workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle with engineering teams.
  • Experience building quoting, rating, or distribution platforms specifically in P&C insurance or related industries.
  • Proven track record of owning API-heavy or integration-dense platforms and managing third-party vendor data pipelines.
  • Experience in partner or channel management, working closely with agents or external sales channels.
  • Ability to drive measurable outcomes in GWP growth and quote-to-bind rates at scale.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Morristown, NJ, or San Jose, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience scoping and deploying AI/ML in a quoting, distribution, or underwriting context.
  • Familiarity with comparative rater integrations, InsurTech distribution partnerships, or embedded insurance channels.
