What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for Finance & Risk Modeling efforts, partnering with financial services and insurance customers.
• Lead rapid prototyping and innovation across a broad range of new ideas and domains, driving 0→1 product discovery and experimentation.
• Operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-changing environment, providing clarity on priorities and ensuring impactful prototypes and products.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer contexts, including current tools, models, and data flows.
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and model/data needs, partnering with quantitative researchers and ML engineers.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted product partner to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with substantial time spent on complex B2B or platform products.
• Experience in financial services and/or insurance, especially in risk modeling, financial simulation, or portfolio analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with quantitative and engineering teams, translating between technical details and customer/business value.
• Proven track record of 0→1 product work, identifying new opportunities and shaping them from idea to prototype.
• Strong ruthless prioritization skills, able to define clear frameworks and make hard trade-offs.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, confident leading discovery and roadmap conversations with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building products involving AI / ML, quantitative models, or LLM/agentic systems.
• Hands-on exposure to risk tools and vendor platforms used in insurance and financial services.
• Experience in both a high-growth startup and a large, complex environment.
• Educational background in a quantitative or technical field.
