Senior Product Manager (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Own product decisions end-to-end for a Hub squad, from problem framing through delivery and iteration.
• Prioritize and sequence the weekly squad backlog, balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Develop clear user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and written specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to shape and execute solutions.
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and ensure all critical decisions are documented.
• Track product outcomes and refine the roadmap based on usage evidence and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping products end-to-end in SaaS, platform, or marketplace environments.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make independent decisions without constant escalation.
• Proven experience owning and improving measurable product KPIs.
• Excellent written communication skills for translating ambiguity into clear priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to work in one of the listed European countries without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in zero-to-one or early-stage product environments.
• Background in product-led growth, onboarding, activation, or multi-product adoption.
• Experience working in platform or ecosystem environments.
• Comfort with advanced AI tooling and operating in an AI-first environment.
