What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global HCM Integrations of Assess and Select.
• Research customer needs and validate product ideas to effectively prioritize new features.
• Write detailed user stories, test prototypes, and manage the product launch process.
• Partner with commercial teams, data scientists, data engineers, and architects to ensure roadmap success.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver products meeting diverse market demands.
• Act as the primary voice of the customer and the product champion within the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in product management for SaaS-based applications.
• Proven track record of driving the growth of innovative tools for organizational structure and role design.
• Ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, from external vendors to technical engineering teams.
• Must be a resident of a supported US state for remote work (e.g., NY, CO, CA, WA, HI, DC, NJ, MD, IL, MA, or OH).
