What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive North American sales strategy.
  • Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers.
  • Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Promote and reinforce One hirify.global messaging across all customer and internal engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior or regional leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Experience within mining, technology, or industrial solutions industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN or similar).
  • Demonstrated success optimizing sales processes and pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
