What you will do

• Support underwriters through the efficient processing and timely booking of business.
• Analyze contracts and review underwriting documents to ensure agreed terms are accurately captured in systems.
• Manage departmental inboxes, submissions, and electronic files to maintain audit compliance.
• Process premium adjustments and cancellations while resolving accounting and claims inquiries.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate across actuarial, legal, and claims teams to drive process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar technical assistant or underwriting support role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining output quality.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
