What you will do

• Coordinate new reinsurance company formations to support the reinsurance program.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reinsurance treaties, custodial, termination, and recapture agreements.
• Manage required annual filings for reinsurance companies domiciled abroad.
• Partner with internal sales, legal, and reinsurance teams to execute transactions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with external agents, dealer customers, banks, and attorneys to ensure agreement execution and compliance.
• Organize and maintain documentation within the scanning database and central repository.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k and pension).
• Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically exposure to reinsurance or compliance functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a detail-oriented, compliance-focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
