What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 8 Business Development Representatives across the Americas.
  • Build and maintain performance frameworks, including activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and CRM best practices.
  • Partner with Enablement to onboard new team members and continuously improve training programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on strategy and optimize processes.
  • Analyze team metrics and performance data to identify trends, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create a feedback-rich culture and support team members in progressing into future revenue roles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing BDR or Sales teams.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS products and managing sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with the AMER sales market and buyer behavior.
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams with empathy and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar.
