What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 8 Business Development Representatives across the Americas.
- Build and maintain performance frameworks, including activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and CRM best practices.
- Partner with Enablement to onboard new team members and continuously improve training programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on strategy and optimize processes.
- Analyze team metrics and performance data to identify trends, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create a feedback-rich culture and support team members in progressing into future revenue roles.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing BDR or Sales teams.
- Proven experience selling SaaS products and managing sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the AMER sales market and buyer behavior.
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams with empathy and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.

- Exposure to sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar.
